2013 – 2018

Folk fiddle duo with Emma Packer, performing unique arrangements of traditional Cornish songs and tunes and original material. Here’s some of the blurb salvaged from the archives:

Cornish folk duo Salt & Sky (Emma Packer and Lizzie Pridmore) built a strong reputation for their exuberant performances of traditional Cornish music, sprinkled with a good helping of their own new material. Rooted in the local folk tradition, alive with originality and creativity, each arrangement crafted with warmth that captures their love for Cornwall. Salt & Sky began as a fiddle duo and later added occasional mandola, double bass and featured percussionist Jack Addy for larger festival and outdoor performances.

We played together as Salt & Sky from 2013 – 2018, we had a brilliant time and did loads of gigs at local festivals, folk clubs, nos lowens, parties, etc. You can probably still hear our EP via Bandcamp there are more videos on YouTube.
